¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order entering judgment in favor of Appellee Conrail. The action arose from a 1995 accident that occurred when Appellant1 drove under a train stopped at a road crossing and was injured when the train moved, dragging his car with it. Appellants raised claims of negligence for failure to warn and negligence per se against Conrail. The trial court dismissed the negligence
