¶ 1 United States Cargo & Courier Service, Inc. ("Appellant") appeals from the orders granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees, Bird Hill Farms, Inc. ("Bird Hill") and Courier Unlimited, Inc. ("Courier"). We affirm.
