STEWART, J.

Shane Michael Johnson ("Johnson") appeals the trial court's grant of the motion for summary judgment by the defendant, Ouachita Parish Sheriff Chuck Cook ("Sheriff Cook"). Finding no merit in the plaintiff's claims, we affirm.
