A jury convicted Defendant Victor Lindsey of various drug and firearm offenses including carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime, and conspiracy to commit the same, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A)(i), (o); and being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
