Defendant, Foster Taylor, appeals his conviction and sentence for armed robbery in violation of La. R.S. 14:64. Following his arraignment, Taylor pled not guilty, and was tried before a twelve-person jury. At the conclusion of the trial, Taylor was found guilty as charged.
