{¶ 1} Respondent, R. Allen Sinclair of Boardman, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0055915, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1991. On March 29, 2000, we ordered a six-month suspension of respondent's license, which we stayed, for his failure to comply with requirements for advertising his legal services.
