On January 16, 2002, the appellant, Howard Leroy Taylor, Jr., pled guilty to two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The trial court sentenced him, as a habitual offender, to serve concurrent terms of twenty years in prison on the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance convictions and fifteen years in prison on the unlawful possession of a controlled substance...
