Holmes, Jr., was indicted on one count of felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).1 He pleaded guilty after the district court denied his motion to suppress the evidence against him — a Lorcin .38-caliber semi-automatic pistol with a live .38-caliber round in the chamber...
