Appellant, William Eugene Thompson, appeals from a sentence of death imposed by the Lyon Circuit Court. Appellant was convicted of murder, robbery in the first degree, and escape in the first degree. Appellant was originally tried before a jury in Lyon County, and was found guilty and sentenced to death, twenty years, and ten years, respectively.
