HULL, Circuit Judge:

The government appeals the district court's order granting: (1) attorney's fees in the amount of $2,680,602.22 under the Hyde Amendment for the bad faith prosecution of Steven and Marlene Aisenberg in connection with the disappearance of their daughter Sabrina, and (2) the wholesale disclosure of all grand jury transcripts.
