J.J.N., a minor, was charged with possession of cannabis. The trial resulted in a withheld adjudication of delinquency and a sentence of probation, forty hours of community service and a suspension of his driving privilege. J.J.N. appeals, claiming that the trial court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal because the State failed to prove that he had constructive possession of the cannabis....
