The defendants, Roger Collins and William Bracy, bring the instant consolidated appeal from two orders of the circuit court remanding them to the Department of Corrections to serve natural life sentences pursuant to clemency orders issued by former Governor George Ryan. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
