Appellants, Horton Homes, Inc. ("Horton Homes") and Health Care Plan of Horton Homes, Inc. (the "Plan"), appeal the district court's order granting summary judgment to Plaintiff-Appellee Physicians' Multispecialty Group ("PMG"), on its Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA") claim.
