In this interlocutory appeal, Airgas Mid-America, Inc. ("Airgas") appeals the trial court's grant of a motion to quash filed by Evansville Welding Supply, LLC ("EWS").1 Airgas raises several issues, which we consolidate and restate as whether the trial court abused its discretion by granting EWS's motion to quash the subpoena duces tecum based upon the accountant-client privilege.
