Appellee National American Insurance Company ("NAICO") filed a complaint alleging that Appellant SCOR Reinsurance Company ("SCOR") is liable for losses on two surety bonds, which the parties refer to as the "Geismar" and "Chalmette" bonds (collectively the "Bonds").
