Pelham Tank Lines, Inc. ("Pelham"), petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus directing Judge Steven E. Haddock, circuit judge of Morgan County, to vacate his order granting the motion to intervene filed by "Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London" ("Lloyd's").
