Case Summary

Appellant-Respondent Short on Cash.Net of New Castle, Incorporated ("Short on Cash") appeals the trial court's grant of a preliminary injunction in favor of Appellees-Petitioners Department of Financial Institutions ("Department") and Steve Carter, Attorney General of Indiana (collectively referred to as "Appellees").
