Jones, who died in March of 1998, brought this medical malpractice case against Doctors John Bick, Ricardo Febry, Nancy Lehman, Hope Cromer, Malcolm Andry and Christine Smith. The plaintiffs claimed that David Jones' death was caused by the appellants' negligent treatment and inappropriate administration of the drug, Clozaril.
