¶ 1. Leslie Mills and Bera G. Holloway are the parents of LaDarrion G. Holloway. In 1994, the 264th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, entered an order under the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, in which Mills was given custody of the minor child.
