STATE v. HANCOCK.

This cause is pending before the court as an appeal of a judgment of a court of appeals under App.R. 26(B) in a case involving the death penalty. At the time of the filing of the notice of appeal, appellant also filed a memorandum in support of jurisdiction. Whereas the cause is an appeal of right pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. II(1)(A)(1),

IT IS ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, that the memorandum in support of jurisdiction be, and hereby is, stricken.
