On October 25, 2001, Plaintiff Roger Lee Jones, an inmate of the Florida penal system proceeding pro se, initiated this action in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida by filing a civil rights Complaint (Doc. # 7) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
