Per Curiam.

Petitioner, a Judge of the Troy City Court, seeks review of a determination of the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. With various members dissenting as to particular specifications, the Commission sustained 39 charges (containing 62 specifications) of misconduct and determined that petitioner should be removed from office (see NY Const, art VI, § 22; Judiciary Law § 44).
