MAJOR v. STATE

No. 4D03-1906.

874 So.2d 736 (2004)

Philip MAJOR, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

June 16, 2004.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Michelle Migdal of Migdal & Migdal, P.A., Boynton Beach, for appellant.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Claudine M. LaFrance, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.
