Appellant-petitioner Donald E. Ennis appeals the denial of his petition for postconviction relief regarding his conviction and sentence following a guilty plea for the non-support of a dependent child. Specifically, Ennis contends that the trial court improperly modified the original sentence and judgment of conviction that had been imposed, that he was subjected to double jeopardy and that he was not afforded the proper amount of credit...
