¶ 1. Harry Jackson, Jr. was convicted in the Circuit Court of Amite County of sale of a schedule II controlled substance and was sentenced to a term of twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with fifteen to serve and the remaining five years on post-release supervision.
