This case is before the Court on the motion of Defendant Hospital Authority of Colquitt County ("the Hospital") for summary judgment. Alleging diversity of citizenship jurisdiction, and pursuant to Georgia law, Plaintiff Jerry Jackson Lee ("Dr.Lee") seeks injunctive relief and damages for the Hospital's alleged failure to follow its bylaws concerning the extension of medical staff privileges.
