OPINION

MAY, Judge.

Jason Wilder appeals the denial of his motion to correct error. Wilder raises one issue on appeal, which we restate as whether his rights under the Sixth1 and Fourteenth2 Amendments to the United States Constitution were violated because his jury venire included only one African-American.

We affirm in part and vacate in part.
