Defendant Mackinac Center for Public Policy (Mackinac) appeals by leave granted from the trial court's order denying its motion for summary disposition of plaintiffs' claims of invasion of privacy. Plaintiffs alleged that a publication by Mackinac gave rise to both "appropriation" and "false light" claims of invasion of privacy.
