OPINION BY LALLY-GREEN, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Wayne Taylor, appeals from an order granting the motion for summary judgment of Appellees, Woods Rehabilitation Service and Dana L. Chattin, and dismissing Appellant's claims. We reverse.

¶ 2 The trial court found the following facts:
