This negligence action arises out of a car accident that occurred between Plaintiff Randy Hood ("Mr. Hood"), Defendant Fred Hines ("Mr. Hines") and Defendant Emmett Sartor ("Mr. Sartor") in November 1999. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Mr. Hines, his insurer, West American Insurance Company ("West"), and Reggie Roe Builders, Inc. ("Reggie Roe"),1 his employer, finding no negligence on the part of Hines...
