This is an appeal from the partial denial of appellant's petition for relief under the Post Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA"), 42 Pa.C.S. § 9541 et seq. The PCRA court vacated appellant's death sentence and ordered a new sentencing hearing, but denied appellant's other claims for relief.
