Plaintiffs-Appellants/Cross-Appellees Sloan (Debtor and Insured) and Moldo (Bankruptcy Trustee) appeal from the district court's judgment awarding $560,000 in compensatory damages based upon breach of contract, bad faith failure to settle, and a violation of the New Mexico Insurance Practices Act.
