Affirmed. The court correctly dismissed the complaint for declaratory judgment which challenged an administrative order entered by the chief judge. The proper method for challenging such an order is by petition for writ of certiorari to the appellate court. See 1-888-Traffic Schools v. Chief Circuit Judge, Fourth Judicial Circuit, 734 So.2d 413 (Fla.1999).
