PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff Jimmy D. Ruthruff appeals by leave granted a February 3, 2003, order of the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission (WCAC) affirming a magistrate's decision to deny benefits on the ground that plaintiff failed to establish a compensable back injury. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
