Currently on death row in the State of Oklahoma, Petitioner Kenneth E. Turrentine ("Mr. Turrentine" or "Petitioner") appeals the final order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, which denied him a writ of habeas corpus on his petition filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
