The defendant, Matthew Boseman, appeals from the judgment of the trial court finding him in violation of the conditions of and revoking his probation pursuant to General Statutes § 53a-32. On appeal, the defendant claims that (1) he was denied due process of law because he lacked notice sufficient to warn him that the conditions of his probation proscribed the specific conduct alleged to have placed him in violation, (2) there was insufficient evidence...
