Defendant Thedral Hardridge appeals his convictions on three counts of felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g) and 924(a)(2), and two counts of knowingly making a false statement (that he had no prior felony conviction) in connection with the purchase of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6). He contends that the district court, which tried him without a jury, erred in rejecting his estoppel...
