CONNOLLY, J.

The State of Nebraska appeals Jeremiah L. Fields' sentences. It contends the sentences were excessively lenient. A jury convicted Fields of count I, first degree false imprisonment; count II, first degree sexual assault; count III, robbery; count IV, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony; and count V, possession of a deadly weapon by a felon. The district court sentenced him to 5 to 5 years' imprisonment for counts I and IV and 5 to 10 years' imprisonment...
