Wendy Leader Iaconetti challenges the trial court's orders denying her motion to withdraw her plea and denying her motion to correct sentencing error which alleged that the restitution order was improperly entered. Because the trial court failed to hold an evidentiary hearing on the motion to withdraw and failed to appoint conflict-free counsel to represent Iaconetti at such a hearing, we reverse and remand for a new hearing.
