Rodney S. (respondent) challenges the order of the circuit court of Cook County terminating his parental rights as to Rodney T., a minor. He argues that (1) the trial court did not have jurisdiction to terminate his parental rights because he was not given notice of the prior adjudicatory hearing whereby the child was deemed neglected and declared a ward of the court; and (2) there was not clear and convincing evidence...
