Plaintiffs Karry and Tobey Young appeal from the trial court's dismissal of the respondeat superior and estoppel counts in plaintiffs' second amended complaint. Plaintiffs also appeal the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of defendant Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate) and denial of partial summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs.
