MEYER, Justice.

Scott P. Zenanko appeals from the postconviction court's summary denial of his second petition for postconviction relief. On May 12, 1995, a Crow Wing County jury found Zenanko guilty of the crimes of first-degree premeditated murder, first-degree intentional murder while committing a burglary, attempted murder, and first-degree burglary.
