David Richardson (Appellant) appeals several evidentiary rulings and sentencing decisions made by the trial court. Finding prejudicial error in the court's allowing into evidence the company director of operation's hearsay testimony regarding the contents of purported records that were never admitted into evidence, we reverse the conviction in Count One for robbery with a firearm. We affirm Appellant's convictions and sentences for false imprisonment...
