TATMAN v. CARLEY.

This cause is pending before the court as a discretionary appeal. Upon consideration of appellant's emergency motion for stay pending appeal or, in the alternative, an emergency alternative R.C. 2503.40 "Other Writ,"

IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion for stay pending appeal be, and hereby is, granted.
