¶ 1 Frances Mazzei, Lucia Squitieri, and Prudential Savings Bank, PaSA, (collectively "Prudential") appeal the trial court's order finalizing a decree nisi that held the defendants jointly and severally liable to the Estate of Carmen DiCesare for $563,767.40, together with interest and costs.
