¶ 1 Jose Infante appeals from his judgment of sentence. Upon review, we vacate Appellant's judgment of sentence.

¶ 2 On December 10, 1999, Appellant pled guilty to two informations charging drug offenses. Appellant was sentenced on the same date, in both cases, to one year intermediate punishment, followed by two years' probation, to run concurrently.
