STATE v. PORTERFIELD.

On review of order certifying a conflict. The court determines that a conflict exists. The parties are to brief the issue stated at page 5 of the court of appeals' Judgment Entry filed March 19, 2004:

"Whether the language of R.C. 2953.08(D) prohibits appellate review of a trial court's sentence when the defendant is convicted of aggravated murder and sentenced pursuant to a jointly-recommended sentence."
