This appeal arises in an administrative proceeding before the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission ("the Commission"), in a dispute between an automobile dealer and the dealer's manufacturer. The Commission ruled in favor of the manufacturer and the district court upheld the Commission's judgment. We affirm.
