This is a case brought pursuant to the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 141 et seq. in which the employer, Millcraft-SMS Services, LLC ("Millcraft" or "the Company"), sued the United Steel Workers, AFL-CIO-CLC (the "Union") and moves the court to vacate an arbitrator's decision ordering reinstatement
