FACTS

Randy Hanks suffered from esophageal reflux. At the direction of his family doctor, Dr. Randall Wagman, Hanks saw Dr. Walter Ledet on January 15, 1997, who performed an esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), a diagnostic procedure. Dr. Ledet diagnosed Hanks...
